Works have begun on site as part of our partnership with Selby District Council. Certus have recently been appointed to carry out extensive refurbishment to Selby’s void housing stock as part of a 4-year contract.
Works to the void properties include:
- Removal of existing asbestos
- Damp reports and installation of new DPC
- Installation of new windows and doors
- Rewires and new central heating installations
- New kitchen, general joinery and bathroom/wet rooms
- Plaster and decorations
- External works and landscaping
