Planned Works, Repairs & Voids

Delivering responsive repairs and voids are part of our core business. We have provided this combined service to people’s homes in partnership with many of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire’s social housing clients.

We are currently completing repairs in occupied homes whilst preparing vacant properties for future occupancy through our current partnerships.

Certus also have extensive experience delivering planned installations including kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, central heating, windows, doors, roofing, walls, drainage and environmental improvements.

Certus  have recently been successfully awarded two framework positions with Efficiency North, which is a public procurement facility, allowing direct selection by a number of Regional Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
