We have experience undertaking major refurbishments and changes of occupancy, including remodelling and HMO’s. We have undertaken this type of work for private clients, developers and housing associations. Our team includes a chartered building surveyor and quantity surveyor, so we can assist with all cost management and legislative requirements from an early stage.
