Certus have continued the successful delivery of capital voids by moving in to year 2 of our partnership with North Yorkshire Council (Selby Council).
The works comprise of a mixture of Refurbishment and Major Voids:
• Refurbishment voids – These voids require a minimum of two elements of component replacement such as a full kitchen, bathroom, re-wire, heating system upgrade, or roof covering replacement.
• Major voids – These voids require a minimum of one elements of component replacement such as a full kitchen, bathroom, re-wire, heating system upgrade, or roof covering replacement.
Acting as Principal Contractor Certus carry out the below elements of work, depending on the existing condition of the properties:
- Bathroom replacement
- Kitchen replacement
- Electrical works and rewires
- Damp proofing
- Plastering
- External works
- Paths and ramps
- Windows and doors
